We are looking for an experienced and visionary individual to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract as the Head of Studio and Content Production. Key Responsibilities
You will oversee the daily operations of the Creative Studio and lead a team responsible for creating compelling content, managing production process and ensuring that all campaigns and projects. As well as this, you could expect:
* Lead Creative Direction: Oversee the creative vision for our studio and content production, ensuring alignment with brand values and business objectives.
* Manage Content Production: Direct the end-to-end content production process, from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality output that engages and captivates our audience.
* Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team of creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
* Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for all studio and content initiatives, optimising resource allocation to maximise efficiency and impact.
* Strategic Partnerships: Build and cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies, freelancers, and media partners, to enhance our content production capabilities.
This is 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. It is a hybrid role with at least 3 days a week onsite (Central Brighton).
About You
* Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrable track record of success in a senior creative leadership role, with experience in managing studio and content production teams.
* Strong Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualise and execute innovative ideas, with a keen understanding of current market trends and audience preferences.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and influence stakeholders effectively.
* Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess and interpret performance metrics, using data-driven insights to guide creative decision-making and strategy.
* Resilient and Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle multiple projects and challenges simultaneously.
