Join us for a 12-month internship, gaining hands-on experience in Production Planning, Warehousing, and Transport operations. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, engage in logistics projects, and support the strategic goals of our dynamic Logistics department.

Your Tasks
1. Procurement Support: Contribute to supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement. Evaluate supplier performance and nurture relationships.
2. Logistics Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound logistics, schedule shipments, track deliveries, and resolve transportation issues.
3. Warehouse Operations: Engage in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Optimize warehouse layout and processes for enhanced efficiency.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze logistics data, identify trends, and prepare reports for management review.
5. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to optimize inventory.
6. Process Improvement Projects: Lead or assist in projects to enhance logistics processes, implement new technologies, and streamline workflows.
7. Customer Service: Address complaints, ensuring timely and accurate responses to enhance satisfaction.
8. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all logistics activities comply with regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
9. Sustainability Initiatives: Participate in projects aimed at reducing the environmental impact of logistics operations.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with production, sales, and finance departments to support seamless logistics operations.
Our Requirements
11. Completed a minimum of 2 years in a Degree or diploma in Logistics, Engineering or Business.
12. Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
13. Pro-active and self motivated.
14. High level of IT skills, particularly data preparation and analysis (MS Office 365, Teams and Excel preferred)
15. Excellent verbal and written communication
16. Strong analytical and communication skills.
17. Attention to detail and accuracy.
18. Confident and enthusiastic.
19. Knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP) is a plus!
