Job Title: Associate Electrical Engineer - Building ServicesLocation: Oxford (Hybrid Working Available - 2 days in the office)Salary: Competitive + BenefitsAre you ready to take the next step in your electrical engineering career Our client, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong UK and international presence, is seeking an experienced Associate Electrical Engineer to join their thriving Oxford office.About the Role:As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you'll play a key role in leading and delivering innovative building services design across a wide range of sectors, including Data Centres, commercial, healthcare, education, science & tech, and more. You'll manage projects from concept to completion, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead electrical design for building services projects through all RIBA stagesManage and coordinate multidisciplinary design teamsMentor and support junior engineers and contribute to team developmentLiaise with clients, attend meetings, and provide technical guidanceEnsure designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and sustainability goalsOversee quality control and project delivery within time and budget constraintsAbout You:Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or related fieldChartered Engineer or working towards CEng (IET or similar)Proven experience in a consultancy or building services environmentStrong technical background in electrical systems design (lighting, LV distribution, fire alarm, data, etc.)Excellent communication and leadership skillsExperience with industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, and AmtechWhat's on Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageHybrid/flexible working arrangementsClear path to leadership and career progressionInvolvement in cutting-edge, sustainable projects across the UK and globallySupportive, collaborative working environmentIf this role is of interest, please click apply now.TPBN1_UKTJ
