About the role
Availability Window:
Days: Sun 14:15 - 23:15, Mon 14:15 - 22:15, Tue 14:15 - 23:15, Sat 14:15 - 23:15.
Pay: Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.28 an hour; this increases to £15.41 for stores inside the M25.
The policy offers new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but opportunities for fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) are also available.
Responsibilities:
* Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Take ownership of running duty shifts.
* Provide great customer service.
* Guide and support your colleagues in-store.
* Maintain a great understanding of store performance.
* Follow health and safety routines.
