We are currently undergoing an exciting growth phase within our Sales team and are looking for an energised, professional, motivated Sales Manager to join Emixa Industry Solutions Limited.

What you'll be doing:
* Responsible for the overall target of the team
* Coaching and development
* Manage performance of the sales team
* Attend prospect/customer meetings when required to support/develop individuals
* Support recruitment and hiring process
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with Siemens/Channel Manager
* In the office minimum 3 days per week for face-to-face development and contact with team
* Ensure that salesforce is up to date and accurate
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
* Leads & Pipeline management
* Monitor and manage activity levels per salesperson
* Creation, development and management of salesperson’s territory plan
* Drive initiatives and activities to achieve individual and team targets
* Weekly sales meetings with team
What we are looking for:
* Strong sales skills with proven ability in new business wins
* Ability to sell complex solutions
* Experience selling to senior management
* Knowledge of the Engineering/Manufacturing industry
* Minimum 5 year’s sales experience with a proven track record of success
* Business change management experience an advantage

* Professional appearance and presentation
* Flexibility to travel and stay overnight when required
* A full driving license, valid in the UK
