KeyResponsibilities:
1. Introduce large levypaying employers to the company srange of training services effectively communicating opportunitiesto relevant stakeholders and decisionmakers.
2. Engage in partnership development and account managementaligning with company policies and collaborating with organisationsto support growth and financial goals.
3. Present the company s seamless plugin Learning andDevelopment services through appropriate communicationmethods.
4. Achieve strategic businessobjectives for revenue learners and client accounts while adheringto corporate social responsibility policies.
5. Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to developand implement strategic development plans within the salesdivision.
6. Take responsibility forpartnership development account management and performancemonitoring ensuring financial targets aremet.
7. Deliver highquality servicesto all clients reflecting the company s customercentricapproach.
8. Develop and diversify thecompanys apprenticeship offerings and design commercial programsthat meet client needs.
9. Regularlyupdate the company CRM system to track activity contract successlearner enrolment and retention rates.
10. Build and maintain links with key national and localpartner organisations to ensure training offers are aligned withemployer and learner needs.
11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure systems andprocesses create a safe supportive learning environment. Ensure allsafeguarding protocols are followed.
12. Complete administrative tasks and provide documentationas required.
13. Liaise with colleaguesacross departments to support shared goals.
14. Adopt and promote the company s cultural pillars tomaintain a positive working environment.
15. Support staff development activities includingidentifying training needs for employees across theorganisation.
16. Actively promoteequal opportunities policies.
