We are currently looking for a proactive and confident individual, who will play a fundamental role in one of 29 regional consortia in the HEFCE-funded National Collaborative Outreach Programme (NCOP). You will play a critical role in increasing the number of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into higher education from the Black Country, Telford and Wrekin. By working in partnership with over 30 schools and 6 FE colleges, Aspire to HE designs and delivers a stretching programme of student-focused interventions to raise aspirations and attainment so that young people can make informed, ambitious decisions about their futures. The post-holder will lead design, deliver, monitor, evaluate and drive forward new and innovative work to narrow the Higher Education participation gap in Walsall and the wider Black Country.
