You’ll play a key part in ensuring that everything is tied up neatly once a job is completed What You’ll Be Doing: Keeping internal systems and records up to date following job completion. Preparing and sending out final documents to clients. Double-checking job details and chasing any missing info. Providing admin support—filing, data entry, and general team assistance. Handling basic client queries regarding completed work. Supporting invoice preparation and generating simple reports. What We’re Looking For: Strong knowledge of using Excel and VLOOKUP’s. Great communication and people skills. Problem-solver with a can-do attitude. Super organised and able to multitask. Friendly, professional, and customer focused. Solid English and Maths skills. Previous admin or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential—full training is provided For your information: Interested?
