As a Revit Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the design and construction phases of a variety of exciting projects, from residential to commercial developments. You will collaborate closely with architects and designers, ensuring that all technical drawings and models are accurate and adhere to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed Revit models and technical drawings for architectural projects
Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is accurately translated into construction documentation
Develop and maintain project-specific Revit templates, families, and standards
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure consistency and quality across all project phases
Assist in the management of project files and BIM data to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Revit Technician, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
Proficiency in Revit and a solid understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling)
Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail
Experience working on a variety of architectural projects (residential, commercial, etc.)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
