POSITION SUMMARY
CRM Controller
£25,000 to £28,000 per annum
Our customer is Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd, they have approx 1250 Low Power UPS systems and approx 480 Generators. Vertiv have been awarded a contract to deliver planned maintenance to an agreed specification, 24/7 provision to the assets and the remedial works required.
The position requires you to support the management of the above contract. CRM management of the contract will be the main responsibility of your role which will include planning and rescheduling of the maintenance visits, breakdowns and remedial visits. The role will require you to gather engineer’s reports and look for recommendations to the assets following any visit. Having had the reports technically evaluated you will need to assist the National Retail CRM Manager with required quotations and the delivery of remedial works.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be fully conversant with the Sainsbury’s contract & data entry systems.
- You will assist with the day to day contact between Vertiv and the customer.
- Planning & rescheduling of Maintenance visits.
- Gathering of engineers visit reports.
- Pass Technical issues to the relevant technical managers.
- To prepare and submit quotations for remedial works.
- To update the contract database.
- Provide KAC with feedback on Contract delivery performance.
- Provide KAC with feedback on Contract financial performance.
- During the contract period you are to report any problems, client complaints, safety hazards and engineer complaints to the KAC or SDM.
- Any other task within your limitations that you may from time to time be called upon to perform.
General Performance and Delivery
1) To manage inbound and outbound goods process.
2) Maintain good housekeeping in warehouse.
QHSE
1) Assist where necessary with the registration of all sites to ISO14001 Environmental & OHSAS18001 Health and Safety management standards.
2) Assess and control all risk (health, safety and environmental) identified for all standard activities and premises. Identify and comply with all relevant legislation.
3) Ensure all our suppliers, contractors and subcontractors are vetted, approved and appropriate for use.
4) To ensure premises are suitable for use.
5) Ensure safe working practices with appropriate procedures, prevention measures & precautions are in place.
6) Reduce adverse events; incur no lost time events or high severity events.
7) To minimise gas & electricity consumption, reduce landfill waste and incur no major environmental events.
8) Ensure that all adverse events identifying and implementing improvement action as appropriate. Ensure that your premises and fire safety arrangements are in line with company standards.
9) To increase awareness of the management system and elements of operation. E.g. health and safety and environmental management.
Reporting
1) Provide your Manager with feedback on operational performance.
2) Report any problems, client complaints, to your line manager.
3) Compliance to all/any QHSE requirements.
