Digital Health Stock Management Assistant
The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUHFT) Digital Health team is responsible for the delivery of digital services across the Trust to support its clinical and administrative obligations.
The Digital Health Service Management Team is looking to recruit a Digital Health Stock Assistant for 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be someone who understands the value of providing outstanding customer service and is able to effectively balance the need for IT service delivery with the operational needs of a large, busy hospital. You should be able to work proactively under pressure and deliver against individual and team Key Performance Indicators.

As a Digital Health Stock Assistant, you will assist in maintaining the containers full of stock, booking in deliveries, delivering, and arranging collection of equipment. You will also assist with the Registration Authority process by unlocking cards and printing new cards.
Essential skills include excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to prioritize and work well as part of a team is also essential.
While the role is based at the main hospital site, you will be expected to travel to the Trust’s other sites when required for work purposes, for which transport will be provided, so a full driving license is essential.
A high level of IT Literacy is required.
