About the role:
As Maximo Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' asset management systems during a major Maximo upgrade.
Here's what your new role will look like:
1. Provide technical support and maintenance for Maximo including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, bug fixes, and enhancement requests.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions within the Maximo platform.
3. Conduct data analysis and create reports using Maximo reporting tools.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of Maximo customizations and integrations, supporting data loads and release management.
5. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards in Maximo implementation and maintenance.

6. Maximo configuration: Knowledge on Maximo Asset Management system support.
7. Maximo Application installation & configuration experience
8. Data feeds and automation scripts
9. Maximo Integration
10. Improving User experience
11. Maximo testing
12. Maximo security
13. Data loading and Data Management using MIF
14. Reporting
15. Good familiarity with Windows operating systems (Client and Server)
16. Experience of application licensing services
17. Good working knowledge of IT change management processes and principles
18. Strong customer orientated approach
19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to liaise with individuals up to Senior Leadership level and external vendors
20. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organisation, taking time to get to know and understand customers, gaining their trust and respect
21. Ability to multi-task and work well under sustained pressure with conflicting demands and respond to fast changing circumstances
22. Excellent problem-solving skills
23. Proven documentation skills
24. Ability to be self-supporting and proactive
25. An awareness of emerging technologies and demonstrable desire to stay current
