About the Role:
As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition team in a forward thinking, tech business. Working in a high-volume hiring environment, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to managing candidate data.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment administration, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
* Handling high-volume candidate pipelines, ensuring an efficient and positive experience.
* Coordinating with hiring managers and recruitment partners to schedule interviews.
* Maintaining accurate records on the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
* Assisting with offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
* Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Experience in tech recruitment.
🔹 Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
🔹 Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
🔹 Proficiency in ATS systems is a plus.
🔹 A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
