Fantastic role for an experienced Brand Manager, based in Dorset with access to stunning beaches and outdoor pursuits. Please note that this role is office based for at least 4 days a week.

Position Overview
As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans for a portfolio of products. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will be responsible for the entire marketing lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and evaluation. Your knowledge and expertise will contribute to strategic discussions, budget optimisation, and ultimately, driving sales and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing brand & marketing strategies and plans
* Contributing to strategic discussions to optimise marketing & sales budgets
* Overseeing the marketing lifecycle, from development to implementation and evaluation
* Planning and leading partner review meetings, demonstrating expertise in category, brand and marketing
* Creating compelling presentations for brand partners, customers, and internal stakeholders across all key functions
* Briefing and managing agencies for outsourced activities
* Conducting in-depth product and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities through innovation and activation
* Manage sales and expenditure budgets and sales forecasts
* Mentor and develop one or more direct reports
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum of 5-6 years' robust brand marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or OTC consumer healthcare, but experience in other regulated markets may be considered
* Solid knowledge and experience of working in grocery and/or pharmacy trade channels
* Proven track record of creating and implementing successful brand plans
* Understanding financial KPIs that influence P&L management (e.g., ROI methodology, promotional evaluations, stock management, COGS)
* Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong influencing skills, informed from competence in strategy, analysis and communication
* Adaptable and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Pragmatic and organised, with the ability to multi-task and reprioritise in a dynamic environment
