- Take responsibility for the pastoral & academic care of students in Key Stages 3 or4 assisted by Deputy Heads.

- Are committed to developing the School's Catholic ethos, eager to lead students & staff in prayer & capable of delivering aspects of the Sixth Form Core RE
programme.
- Have an ability to work in partnership with SLT to maintain and improve the quality of teaching and learning.
- Have strong proven managerial & leadership skills.
