The Role
We are looking for a Passive Fire Project Manager to lead high-intensity PFP projects in live environments. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently on time, and to the highest safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage passive fire protection projects, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Oversee QA, safety, and third-party accreditation standards.
- Lead and support teams, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in PFP or large-scale specialist refurbishment.
2. Strong understanding of QA processes, compliance, and audits.
3. Knowledge of BS 476, BS 9999, Building Regulations Part B, The Building Safety Act (2022), ASFP Technical Guidance, and FIRAS Accreditation.
4. Familiarity with Bolster, FieldView, or similar QA systems.
5. Ability to read construction drawings and manage resources effectively.
6. Relevant certifications (NVQ6, IFE Level 3 (2), SMSTS) desirable.
