Our client provides expert advice to individuals and businesses on a range of financial planning matters. They are currently seeking a professional, highly organized, and proactive IFA Administrator to join the small but dynamic team and provide essential support to advisers. Key Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive administrative support to Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs). Liaise with clients, insurers, investment platforms, and other third parties. Prepare client meeting packs, process applications, and ensure all compliance documents are in place. Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems and ensure all documentation is compliant with industry regulations. Manage client queries, update portfolios, and follow up on adviser requests. Assist with the preparation and submission of reports, investment reviews, and other financial documents. Maintain awareness of industry developments and changes in financial regulations. Skills and Experience : Previous experience in an IFA administration or financial services role is essential. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in using financial services software (e.g., Intelligent Office, Adviser Office, or similar). Knowledge of compliance procedures within the financial sector. High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A proactive attitude and willingness to support the team where needed.
