Business Support Administrator (Personal Assistant to the Senior Leadership Team)
Clayfields House is a nationally recognised centre of excellence. We are a 20 bed Secure Service providing Secure Accommodation for young people aged between 10 - 18 who are accommodated for welfare reasons or are placed through the Youth Justice system either on remand or sentenced.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support Administrator who will have responsibility for providing effective business support to the Service Manager and other members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). You will be responsible for organising meetings on behalf of the SLT along with providing comprehensive minutes and recording and following up on agreed actions.
You will be required to provide support to Managers in implementing elements of HR procedures, collate and provide statistical data analysis and general administration tasks. The post requires the post holder to have good administrative, communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work with senior colleagues who have responsibility for the strategic management of a service. You will work alongside other Business Support Administrators but, the core element of your work will be to support the SLT.
You will have responsibility to line manage a Data Administrator within our Education department, who will also support you with HR related matters. The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritise an ever-changing workload within the team to ensure that time scales are met. The role requires that the post holder has a flexible approach with excellent time management and communication skills who enjoys working under pressure.
