Temporary Operations Coordinator– Oxford (OX4) – £16.83 per hour plus holiday pay – Ref 23313

If so, we have registered a unique opportunity to join a brilliant, organisation on an immediate temporary ongoing basis.
You will work 40 hours a week, 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday, as part of a small Operations Team.
Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. Please only apply for this role if you are available immediately.
Temporary Operations Coordinator Responsibilities
* Support with the onboarding of New Starters including organising IT hardware, assigning their project roles, and assigning systems training.
* Become a super user of system applications as required and support document owners with creating, updating/maintaining relevant information and documents within the change management software and in accordance with the document management strategy
* Provide support to Project Managers with framework, risk assessments, updating processes, maintenance of project plans and dashboards
* Work with the Operations team to manage role specific training plans
* Follow communication process and work with the communications team to create and share internal and external content to support the company communication strategy.
* Take ownership of the purchasing and refreshing end-user devices and review the IT Managed Service Providers performance against the SLA
* Review the company cyber risk index and organise regular cyber security training
