The Opportunity
Are you looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced leader to join Molton Brown as a Multi-Site Manager on a fixed-term, 12 month basis. Commencing in September 2024, this role will manage our Braintree store as their home store, as well as oversee the management of 7 other stores within the UK. You will need to have your own car/ability to drive in this role as the locations within the portfolio may vary in accessibility to public transport. If you have a proven track record in retail management, a passion for customer service and experience in driving performance across various locations, we would love to hear from you!
What you will do
Your primary work location will be the Cambridge store, where you'll spend the majority of your work week, complemented by the occasional visits to other stores in your area. Employing a commercially focused strategy, you will inspire and guide your teams toward achieving sales targets and KPIs, seizing every business opportunity that arises. Infusing a customer-centric ethos, you'll coach and develop your teams to possess extensive product knowledge, enabling them to deliver a sensorial and immersive experience to in-store customers. Managing compliance within your market area will be a key responsibility, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety guidelines, along with company policies and procedures.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will be an inspirational leader, with a minimum of 3 years experience in retail management, as well as experience managing wholesale locations. They will be passionate about coaching, motivating and developing their teams. This role will require excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to build working relationships with key stakeholders across the business. You will have a strong background in people management, with proven experience in collaborating with HR to lead processes including performance management, employee relations and the recruitment and retention of staff. You will need to have strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload, as well as the flexibility to work across weekends or in various stores within your area.
