Responsibilities
1. Work collaboratively within a professional kitchen team.
2. Contribute to the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
3. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Requirements
1. Experience in a fresh food environment, preferably within a quality hotel kitchen.
2. A passion for learning and creating rosette standard dishes.
3. Ability to work flexible shifts, 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days.
4. Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
5. Drive to contribute to the success and development of the kitchen team.
