This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home up to 4 days per week, with a requirement to work in Nottingham City Centre at least once a week. Client Details We are currently seeking two skilled and detail-oriented Contract Managers (Public Health) for a reputable client on an initial 4-month contract. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home up to 4 days per week, with a requirement to work in Nottingham City Centre at least once a week. Description Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Oversee public health contracts, ensuring that performance is monitored and analysed effectively. Produce and distribute performance reports as needed and provide support to service providers for development. Contract Administration: Collate contracts and variations, manage the signing process, track activity, and maintain electronic records. Arrange quarterly performance meetings, take minutes, and share them with participants. Query and Complaint Management: Handle formal and informal queries, complaints, and Freedom of Information Requests, ensuring proper recording and compliance with relevant legislation. Collaboration: Act as the first point of contact for service provider queries, working alongside Public Health, Procurement, Legal, Payments teams, and external service providers. Profile Essential Skills & Experience: Experience in contract management and an understanding of performance data is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Public Health experience is not required but would be beneficial. Job Offer Hybrid working model - work from home up to 4 days per week (minimum of 1 day per week in the office). £200 - £400 day rate. Initial 4-month contract with the potential for extension. In-person induction is required.
