This role focuses on organising and executing KBC’s presence at key industry events, ensuring our stands capture attention and reflect the innovative essence of our brand. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, with a passion for designing engaging and visually impactful event spaces that enhance brand awareness and foster audience engagement. This role focuses on ensuring KBC's event presence leaves a lasting impression on customers while aligning seamlessly with our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Event Coordination and Planning: Plan and manage all aspects of KBC’s attendance at global industry events, ensuring that every detail is meticulously organised. Liaise with event organisers to secure exhibition space, speaking opportunities and coordinate logistics. Work with internal stakeholders to deliver KBC user group conferences. Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules to ensure seamless delivery. Stand Design and Execution: Design and oversee the creation of exhibition stands that are visually striking and engaging, working with suppliers and contractors to bring concepts to life. Ensure all stands and materials effectively communicate KBC’s brand and sustainability mission. On-Site Coordination: Manage KBC’s presence during events, ensuring smooth setup, execution, and breakdown of the stand. Act as the primary point of contact on-site for staff and organisers, addressing any issues promptly. Brand Messaging and Engagement: Incorporate creative elements and interactive features into the stand design to engage attendees and convey key messages. Ensure all event materials, displays, and presentations align with KBC’s brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Post-Event Review and Improvement: Gather feedback and assess the effectiveness of KBC’s participation in events, measuring metrics such as attendee engagement and lead generation. Use insights to recommend and implement improvements for future events. Position Essentials: Proven experience (2-3 years) in event management, particularly in coordinating corporate participation in trade shows or exhibitions. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for designing engaging and visually appealing event spaces. Proficiency in managing event logistics, working with suppliers, and coordinating on-site activities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively in diverse international settings. Familiarity with event planning tools and software, as well as marketing platforms.
