German Speaking Customer Service Advisors - £30,000
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you have experience in an outsourced customer service environment? Are you a native German speaker or possess CEFR Level C1 proficiency in German? If so, we want you to join our clients dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide effective resolutions to end users.
Record case resolutions in the contact centre tool based on client communication via phone, email, chat, etc.
Ensure that cases are resolved within the case life cycle, adhering to individual balanced scorecard metrics.
Escalate priority issues according to client specifications to the immediate lead as necessary.
Qualifications:
Native German speaker or near native proficiency (CEFR Level C1).
Previous experience in an outsourced customer service environment is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
Manageable English skills (B1+ or better) in writing and speaking to understand documentation and log accurately in the client systems.
