Caretaker - St Mary's CE Primary Hawkshaw
Caretaking and Cleaning Services are seeking to appoint an organised, enthusiastic and highly motivated Caretaker, who will be based at Holly Mount RC Primary, Holly Mount Lane, Bury BL8 4HS.
The Job
The salary for this post will be Grade 5 pro rata, starting at £6,596 going up to £6,700 per annum. This post is permanent, all year round and for 10 hours per week.
Work Pattern: 6:30am - 8:30am Monday to Friday.
This role includes the responsibility of being a key holder, cleaning, ensuring the environment is secure and sharing responsibility for the opening and closing of the premises. It will also require some DIY work as and when required.
You must be physically capable of undertaking the duties required. Relevant experience is an advantage although not essential as training will be provided.
