In our Residential Scheme Manager role, you’ll be managing our Bradgate Gardens Scheme efficiently, ensuring residents' welfare, safety, and comfort while fostering a sense of community.
Our Residential Scheme Manager position is a scheme-based, residential role. To us, this means you’ll be living on-site alongside our residents in a 3-bedroom semi-detached house with a driveway and an office next door which is separate from the residents' accommodation.
* Location: Bradgate Gardens - Anstey, Leicester
* Salary: £12,480 per annum (based on a 100% FTE of £24,960). From April 1, the hourly rate for this post will increase to £12.60 per hour in line with the Real Living Wage.
* Contract: Permanent / Part-Time
* Your week: 20 hours p/week (Monday – Friday, 4 hours a day)

To thrive in our Residential Scheme Manager role, you’ll need:
* Demonstrate customer excellence, take ownership and be accountable for tasks, listen to customers, and actively seek win/win solutions.
* Demonstrate a high level of commitment to providing efficient and caring services to customers.
* Previous experience in resolving conflict while remaining impartial and professional.
Please note that having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to visit our customers.
