They are seeking a Deputy Office Manager and Cover Coordinator to join our team and support the Office Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our school office. In this role, you will: Provide general clerical, administrative, and filing support. Assist in preparations for major school events. Handle communications with staff, students, parents, and other external stakeholders. Support various administrative functions including admissions, attendance, behaviour, student welfare, and data management. Adapt to temporary re-deployments as needed to meet the wider school needs. You will also: Assist in developing an Office Team that meets the school's needs. Help establish standardized administrative systems and processes. Maintain a professional office environment and effective filing records. Support the delivery of high-quality secretarial, administrative, and customer service skills across the Office Team. Maintain and update the school website. Assist with school events and promotion. Additionally, you will: Produce the daily staff cover list and manage staff absences. Update personnel records and handle documentation related to staff absences. Deploy cover supervisors and manage changes to timetabled lessons as required. If you have experience in administrative support or office management, preferably in an educational setting, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing school needs, we want to hear from you Proficiency in using office software and managing electronic records is essential.
