What you'll be doing:
* Providing engaging and effective 1-to-1 tuition in Functional Skills (English, Maths, and ICT).
* Working with learners of various ages and abilities, helping them achieve accredited qualifications.
* Developing and implementing tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
* Creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence and progress.
* Tracking learner progress and providing constructive feedback.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in teaching or tutoring Functional Skills (English, Maths, and/or ICT).
* A strong understanding of Functional Skills qualifications and assessment methods.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
* The ability to adapt your teaching style to suit diverse learners.
* A current DBS certificate and willingness to subscribe to the Update Service.
