Salary: £47,000 - £52,000 + Commission

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for business growth? We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to manage a £1m+ turnover within the UK B2B market. This role focuses on new business generation, relationship management, and territory growth across the UK and Ireland, with some international support.
Key Responsibilities
Increase sales by securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
Engage with customers, ensuring top-tier service and relationship management.
Promote products through client visits, presentations, and tailored solutions.
Research and target market opportunities, replacing lapsed stockists.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to annual strategy and forecasting.
Collaborate with teams, including sales, customer service, and marketing.
Support trade fairs and events, attending industry meetings as required.
Ensure financial controls are in place with all customers.

Managing circa £1m+ turnover annually in UK B2B sales
Limited administrative support from Head Office
