Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with a background in HOA or apartment property management. The ideal candidate must have QuickBooks experience and be comfortable handling administrative tasks related to closing paperwork, banking deposits, coding invoices for payment, and preparing delinquency letters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and organize closing paperwork for property transactions.
* Handle bank deposits and maintain accurate financial records.
* Code invoices for payment processing.
* Prepare and distribute delinquency letters to residents.
* Assist with general administrative support for the property management team.
* Maintain communication with residents, vendors, and HOA board members as needed.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in HOA or apartment property management is required.
* QuickBooks experience (proficiency not required, but must be familiar with basic functions).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage financial records.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
