East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for an experienced Principal Information Analyst to provide analytical expertise across the Information Management and Performance Team's broad portfolio and to support the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring external and internal information requests are kept up to date, in line with the latest guidance, and submitted in a timely manner.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in specialist information provision and analysis which is supported by an in-depth specialist knowledge of NHS datasets and definitions, has an eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills, is proud of their work and ensures everything is fully documented in order to drive reporting and analysis developments through advanced Excel skills and SQL.
Ideally, you will have a good understanding of SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI to help the team transition from Excel to online reporting platforms. The ability to use your own initiative and think on your feet is paramount.
