Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic progress Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Collaborate with the school's SEN team to ensure the best possible support for students Required Qualifications: A relevant teaching qualification Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Prior experience working with students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of various learning difficulties and disabilities Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience and empathy when working with students Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs Working Conditions: Flexible Part-Time hours, mainly working within school hours Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' educational journeys All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
