We are the largest non-NHS provider of end-of-life care in the UK, the only provider across all 4 nations, delivering community nursing and hospice care across the country, while providing information and support on all aspects of dying, death, and bereavement.
We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our Cardiff & the Vale Hospice IPU Team in Penarth.
Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week
As a Marie Curie Nurse, you will provide high quality nursing care and participate in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the care needs for the patient group in a palliative care setting. You will be expected to administer medication and treatment as prescribed in accordance with the NMC's and the Charity's policies and guidelines, and provide emotional, psychological and spiritual support for patients and carers.

What we're looking for:
* Ability to demonstrate an understanding of palliative care and the needs of patients with complex symptoms as well as at end of life
* Excellent communication skills
* Welsh speaking is desirable but not essential
