As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with the GP partners, physician associates, nurses, and healthcare assistants. You will have direct contact with patients, utilising your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions.
Responsibilities
Take comprehensive medical histories and perform physical examinations
3 days on site and 1 day remote
Update patient records accurately and efficiently
Make informed diagnoses based on clinical findings
Analyse test results to guide treatment decisions
Conduct home visits to provide personalised care
Deliver evidence-based treatments in line with best practices
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic practice environment
Provide patient-centred care with a caring and empathetic approach
Must have a Master's degree in pharmacy (MPharm)
