This opportunity is in the digital team that sits at the heart of our consulting business.
Consulting Digital Team
Consulting Digital Team (CDT) serves as the digital hub of our consulting operations, transforming complex data into actionable business intelligence. This specialised unit combines digital skills from across our solutions with deep industry knowledge to deliver insights that drive client success and internal efficiencies.
The team provides comprehensive analytical support including advanced data analytics, data visualisation, analytics automation and Artificial Intelligence. Working closely with consulting teams, they translate business challenges into analytical driven solutions.
The CDT team members possess a diverse skillset spanning data science, business analysis, data analytics and programming enabling them to tackle complex problems with innovative, client-centric, data driven solutions that enhance both our internal operations and client solutions.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Manager with a passion for data to join our Consulting Digital Team to help drive analytics, automation and digital adoption in Risk and Governance. In this role, you will need to understand the business challenges faced by our clients and apply advanced data analytics techniques to solve these challenges and derive actionable insights. You will promote our digital-first agenda by coaching broader Risk and Governance teams on identifying opportunities to use data analytics as well as automation. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other members of the Consulting Digital Team and various stakeholders to drive the uptake and deployment of digital skills across our Risk and Governance team. Our team is currently based in London, but applications from other regions will be considered.
You will make an impact by:
* Understanding and translating business problems into a data requirements specification
* Contributing to the enhancement of our Risk and Governance analytics strategy, vision and methodology to embed a digital approach
* Developing audit data analytics techniques using tools such as Power Apps, Alteryx Workflows and Apps, SQL, scripting and Power BI
* Developing impactful data visualisations and interactive dashboards to clearly present insights
* Keeping abreast of the newest trends and innovations in Data and AI

* Experience of working with data-related technology solutions.
* Strong understanding of Fabric and Azure.
