As a Graduate you will:
Assist in all cost and procurement management processes, with a view to successfully completing the Gleeds’ internal APC preparation programme; and self-development training in readiness for attaining Chartered status Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
As a post-graduate you will:
1. Contribute to a high quality of service and deliverables.
2. Assist Cost Managers in the accurate and timely delivery of services.
Assist in Cost Managers with
3. Order of cost estimates and option studies.
4. Cost plans.
5. Cost-in-use studies.
6. Tender documentation and managing the tender process. including designing tender marking schemes
7. Evaluation and reporting of tenders.
8. Valuation of completed work and arranging for payments.
9. Preparation and settlement of final accounts.
10. Administration of construction contracts.
11. Preparation of reports to customers.
About You
What you will need:
12. You would have graduated or will be receiving your degree qualification before August 2025
13. You will have the right to live and work in the UK.
14. Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written.
15. Good organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
16. Good ICT skills, with an elevated level of ability in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
17. Lively and enthusiastic, but conscientious and precise.
18. Outgoing and people-orientated, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
