Prax Group will, over the duration of the 3-year programme, provide HR graduates with the opportunity to work across the Corporate, Retail, Upstream, Refining, International and Logistics divisions of the Group. As your skills and knowledge develop over time, you will get involved in all aspects of HR within the business such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Projects, Learning and Development and HR Systems. Graduates will also have the opportunity to visit a number of our locations throughout the UK including London, Surrey, Jarrow, Thurrock and the Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery in Immingham. We are looking for a driven and ambitious Graduate to join our team. To Be Successful You Will Be on track or have achieved, a 2:1 degree (or higher) You will possess good problem-solving skills and thrive under the challenge of doing so Have an inquisitive and forward-thinking mindset, who is always looking to learn and develop Be numerate and analytical Possess the ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels Must be working towards or have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree, graduating in 2025 or the previous 2 years. Recruitment Process The closing date for all Prax Graduate Scheme applications is 31st December 2024. After applications are closed, successful applicants will proceed to the next stage in the recruitment process, which will be a pre-recorded video interview. The third, and final stage, of the recruitment process will be an in-person interview at one of our offices. Depending on the role you have applied for, you may be asked to prepare a short presentation for the interview.
