The candidate You will have an excellent knowledge of all Probate matters to include grant of probate, dealing with estate administration, preparation of all legal documentation. Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of matters to include Wills, LPA & Deputyship 2 years PQE in Private Client Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships Self-motivated team player Ambition to progress Excellent administration and organisational skills Professional but friendly and approachable Key responsibilities Acting for multiple clients within there Private Client department Will drafting & Estate Planning Reporting directly to the Managing Partner Will be working within the growing Private Client team Leading the department and helping the growth of there client base Job details Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 17:30 Based in South London Company Pension Flexitime Free on-site parking Private Medical Insurance Work From Home Salary Range: £45,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience) Key skills and experience required Private Client Law Knowledge – Expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and tax law.
