A well-known law firm in Stockport is seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary to join their conveyancing team. This role offers a fantastic chance to grow within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide secretarial and administrative support.
2. Handle telephone enquiries, make appointments, and take messages.
3. Produce letters and legal documents.
4. Deal with land registry applications.
5. Perform audio typing, copying, scanning, faxing, and other tasks.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Strong typing skills.
2. Preferably, conveyancing secretarial experience.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Good education with strong communication skills.
5. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
6. Experience with a case management system is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently.
