Language Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Italian, French or Spanish
Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a key client based in Rotherham, who is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Language Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat in either Italian, French, or Spanish and English.
* Providing accurate information regarding products and services.
* Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
* Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Italian, French, or Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
