Welcome to Newton Close, a beautifully redeveloped site in Lordswood, offering five high-spec, modern flats designed to meet the unique needs autistic people and people with associated neuro developmental conditions. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support in a community setting.
Your Role:
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
Collaborate with the onsite Registered Manager and Team Leaders to recruit, retain, and develop staff.
Provide regular supervisions and competency assessments.
Work closely with the QA team and Operations Manager.
Lead one of three teams, providing support and oversight to all teams.
Build positive and engaging relationships with tenants, families, staff, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Ensure continuity and consistency in the quality of care.

About You:
A natural leader with solid supervisory skills and a coaching mindset.
Prior experience in the adult social care sector, ideally with autism or learning disabilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
IT literacy and confidence with digital systems.
A driver comfortable with driving company vehicles, including a small minibus.
Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
