Job Description
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will work in a contact centre environment and be the first point of call for existing customers, handling a range of customer enquiries. The role will be mainly telephone-based, extremely fast-paced, and you will also correspond with customers over email and webchat!
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you will have customer service experience, which can be from a range of backgrounds such as the health care sector, hospitality, or retail. You should possess a confident telephone manner, be able to work in a busy, fast-moving environment, have exceptional customer service skills, and be an excellent team player.
