We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to support our ambitious growth plans.
You will be expected to make a significant impact as an individual contributor but will have one in-house PPC specialist as well as external agencies to support you.
You will have an analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, particularly Google Ads and HubSpot.
You will be fully accountable for delivering successful new customer acquisition campaigns as well as cross-sell/up-sell to our customer base via Account Based Marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences, optimize marketing funnels, and implement strategies that drive qualified leads, conversions, sales, and revenue growth.
Skills:
* Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role for 3 years
* Ability to plan, execute, and demonstrate results of marketing campaigns at scale.
* Understanding of lead management processes and best practices.
* Ecommerce experience a plus (b2c or b2b).
* Experience managing and optimizing a substantial PPC budget.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to prioritize effectively, deliver on committed activities, and plan resources.
* Self-motivated, proactive with a can-do attitude.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce is essential.
* Ideally, experience with intent data and ABM tools e.g.: Lead Forensics and Cognism.
* Experience with MarTech stack and systems integrations a major plus.
* Ability to work independently, manage projects, and liaise with external suppliers.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Good knowledge and understanding of GDPR requirements.
