A Gloucester based sports touring specialist are looking for someone to work as part of a team in the delivery of successful tours to customers at a range of sports events worldwide and get involved in website editing and social media promotion. This is an office based/hybrid role in Gloucester with excellent salary and company benefits along with opportunities to travel worldwide THE JOB: Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries and bookings Handling bespoke tour enquiry itineraries, flights and costings adjustments, ensuring tour costs and budgets are maintained at the point of Sale Itinerary design and costing proposals for new upcoming tour packages Overseas tour management duties from time-to-time Weekly copy, content and distribution of customer mailers via Zoho Campaigns CRM platform, to stimulate fresh sales enquiries for follow up and reporting Canva design work across social media channels and other promotional collateral Website editing and support on upkeep of the website EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: They are ideally looking for someone who has travel sales experience, good organisation skills, marketing knowledge and an interest in sports. THE PACKAGE You will receive a competitive salary dependant on experience of 24k - 28k plus discretionary annual bonus and have opportunities to travel worldwide.
