JOB TITLE: Mobile Maintenance Supervisor
LOCATION: Mobile across London
SALARY: Up to £51,000 + Zone 1 & 2 Travelcard
ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
To efficiently manage and support a team of engineers of all disciplines on a day-to-day basis across numerous mobile and static sites in the London area. Ensuring consistent operational delivery through smart working and the efficient execution of their day-to-day tasks. To liaise with the Helpdesk and Contract Management Teams to provide excellent service delivery to our customers. Reporting to a Contract Manager and/or Account Manager. Undertake day-to-day activities required as per contract requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Attending monthly contract meetings where required
2. Potential site cover covering holiday/sickness
3. Attend emergency callouts and undertake routine PPM activities where required
4. Make sure all sites under your remit are fully statutory/non-statutory compliant
5. Attend site audits if required
6. Ensure all site log books remain fully compliant and up to date
7. Ensure customer satisfaction
8. Ensure you and the engineers that report to you are fully up to date with all statutory and ABMU training requirements
9. Travelling to various sites within the London area as required
10. Assist the Contract Support with day-to-day activities
11. Dealing with a wide range of M&E emergencies and have experience/training of potentially entering HV rooms
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Previous Experience with supervising, mentoring & training engineers
2. Previous experience with using CAFM systems
3. Previous experience of being customer-facing
4. Previous experience with raising W/O’s and some budgetary control desirable
5. Previous experience in supervising specialist Sub-Contractors
6. Raising quotations and submitting to the customers
7. Good IT skills – Intermediate level, Excel and Word
8. Excellent communication skills as this will be a client-facing role, being courteous and polite at all times
9. Previous experience of assisting to compile monthly reports for submission to the customer
10. Good understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace
11. Excellent understanding of all M&E Building Services across all trades and services
12. Excellent skills required in keeping all ABM & Specialist related site log books fully up to date always, and ensuring Statutory & Non-Statutory compliance always
13. Good knowledge of budget control
14. Previous experience of issuing relevant permit to work documentation
15. Full understanding of L8 requirements
Desirable
1. IOSH/NEBOSH qualification
2. Entering HV rooms or HV AP Experience – Electrical / Mechanical / Confined Spaces / Working @ Height / LOTO
3. Electrical / Multi Skilled desirable
