Sales Manager - Chigwell
Salary - £28,000 + (Depending on Experience) + Commission
Live within a 40-minute peak time commute to the office
Monday - Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am 5pm – one Saturday off a month

The current team has set a high standard, earning the admiration and trust of the clients, and our client is now seeking a Sales Manager to step in and contribute to this legacy of excellence.
Exceptional customer service skills are a must. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, with fluent English, and possess the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate must:
* Have a stable career history within estate agency.
* Be confident valuers/listers, with a strong instruction ratio.
* Be confident hitting and exceeding sales targets.
* Be well presented and excellent communicators.
* Have an outgoing, vibrant personality and strong man management skills.
* Have a strong work ethic.
* Have a competitive desire to succeed.
Daily Tasks:
* Provide constant mentoring to negotiators to effectively carry out their duties.
* Ensure that targets are being met on a daily & weekly basis.
* Monitor stock list to ensure all photos, floor plans, descriptions, prices etc. are up to date and show the property at its best.
* Proactively provide feedback and market commentary to vendors.
* Proactively solicit new business by various means i.e. maildrop, porters, canvassing etc.
* Oversee smooth running of the branch.
