Head of Marketing and Partnerships Responsibilities Reporting directly in to the managing director, you will lead a team of 4, providing mentorship, guidance and setting clear objectives. Creating and delivering the strategic marketing plan to achieve targeted levels of repeat and referral business as well as expanding the customer base and developing the brand. Undertake market analysis to identify customer preferences, market trends, opportunities and the competitor landscape. Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging content across multiple channels such as website, social media, blogs and email. Oversee the creation and delivery of digital marketing campaigns, optimising SEO, SEM, paid advertising and email marketing. Utilise data analytics and insights to track performance and areas of improvement. Lead a PR Manager to execute communications campaigns, enhance brand reputation and maintain relationships with influencers and media partners. Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with other luxury brands to expand the companies reach including co-marketing, promotions and exclusive offers. Maintain brand integrity and loyalty. Work in close collaboration with sales and product teams to ensure objectives are aligned, communicating commercial, promotional and training opportunities. Experience leading and developing a team A strategic thinker with an ability and willingness to roll your sleeves up and get involved with the execution of campaigns.
