HR Analyst (Assistant HR Business Partner - Workforce Development/OD)\n\n12 months Interim - Possible Extension\n\nBirmingham with some travel to London/Crewe\n\nHybrid working - Circa 3 days in the office per week\n\nRail/Transport Sector\n\nClient Details\n\nPageGroup are delighted to support a successful organisation in the Rail/Transportation Sector with the appointment of a HR Analyst to join the Workforce Development/OD function for a 12 months interim role.\n\nThis role can offer hybrid working of circa 3 days in the office and 2 home per week. The role will require some travel to other sites in London and Crewe\n\nDescription\n\nThe role of HR Analyst (Assistant HR Business Partner - Workforce Development/OD) will report to the Head of Workforce Development and support with a range of tasks including but not limited to:\n\nGathering, interpreting, analysing and presenting HR/OD data in a concise and comprehensive manner.\nUndertaking research and analysis to support the development of new strategies and action plans\n\nKeeping up to date information on development of new practices and trends in the HR environment (terms\n\nand conditions, new roles, pay practices and engagement activities)\n\nBuilding, organising and maintaining a library of HR/OD documentation including role profiles for future\n\noperations, job families, terms and conditions, HR policies\n\nResponsible for continuous improvement/innovation regarding development of HR practices\n\nOrganising and facilitating engagement events with a wide range of colleagues - Helping to set up workshops, working groups and presenting on the work being delivered, analysis and write-ups.\n\nSupporting bench-marking exercise with external organisations/suppliers.Profile\n\nA successful applicant for the role of HR Analyst (Assistant HR Business Partner - Workforce Development/OD) will demonstrate a broad knowledge within generalist HR and/or OD. Ideally with some exposure to the above duties in a previous role.\n\nJob Offer\n\nUp to £47000\nHybrid working - 3 days office and 2 home\n12 month Interim - possible scope for extension
