Job Type: Facility Management Coordinator
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
As Facility Management Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our Facilities Management team, handling all service maintenance queries in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, self-motivated, and proactive—a real problem-solver who will actively contribute to the success of the FM department. A “can-do” attitude and a “whatever it takes” mindset are crucial, as you will be entrusted with key projects that are integral to our service and maintenance efforts.
The role will include (but not limited to):
* Day to day creating and reporting incoming jobs, workload planning, update customers
* Respond to client’s questions and ensure the responses created clearly
* Raising invoices for completed scheduled maintenance and remedial works
* Preparing and sending out completed documentation to customers
* Creating quotations and issuing to relevant customers on time
* Weekly reporting of customers’ accounts
* Preparing RAMS & Permits where required
* Oversee health and safety in-house responsibilities
* Liaising with internal teams and engineers to ensure deadlines are met as expected
Required qualifications / Expectations / Experience:
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with projects, office teams, and various stakeholders
* Solid experience in customer service and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

* Very good interpersonal skills
* Ability to collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Resilient and adaptable, able to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities
