💰 Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + OTE + Profit Share
About the Company:
Our client is a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central partner and F+O with a strong presence in the Middle East, generating $20M+ in annual revenue. After establishing their UK operations a year ago, they are now expanding and seeking their first BC Sales Manager in the UK to drive growth in this key market.

The Role:
As the first Dynamics 365 Business Central Sales Manager in the UK, you will be responsible for:
✅ New business development – identifying and engaging with mid-market and enterprise clients looking to implement or upgrade Business Central.
✅ Managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting and solution consulting to closing deals and ensuring client success.
✅ Building the UK market presence – working closely with leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
✅ Working collaboratively with delivery and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and long-term client satisfaction.
✅ Developing strategic partnerships with Microsoft and industry networks to drive lead generation.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven track record in Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) sales, with a strong ability to close deals.
🔹 Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients in the UK.
🔹 A self-starter who thrives in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
🔹 Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop long-term relationships.
🔹 Previous experience working with Microsoft partners is a plus.
